Job Description: National fundraising consulting firm is seeking top quality experienced fundraising professionals to conduct feasibility studies and capital campaigns. A Convergent Campaign Director must be a self-motivated, polished, accomplished, articulate, persuasive, organized professional with excellent leadership and communications skills. He/she will be working directly with top level business and community leaders and have front line responsibility for directing the campaign to a successful conclusion. For full-scale resident counsel campaigns the Campaign Director must work full-time on-site with weekend travel home allowed, unless specially agreed upon with client consent. Our approach typically requires professional solicitations, so willingness and ability to skillfully "make the ask" is a must.
Requirements: College degree required. Minimum 3 years fundraising experience. Demonstrated history managing successful multi-million dollar campaigns preferred but not required.
