This theme has been given high marks at conferences across the country, and has now been tailored for the individual nonprofit. It is most effective when the full breadth of the organization is involved, from staff involved in fund development, to senior staff, to board members.
The motivations of today’s funders are given special attention, and this session helps develop the three ingredients that allow an organization to earn the right to ask for large dollars: Credibility, Fundraising Skills, and Outcomes. The session then shows how to combine these ingredients into a successful recipe for success: the Investment-Driven Model.™ This model has been used by hundreds of organizations as the template for raising large amounts of sustainable dollars.
