Carroll Harris

Business Development Coordinator

I want to make a difference in this world, this is my passion. I love helping people and affecting the lives of the people around me. I am energized mentoring children and students through teaching music and leading groups. I enjoy coaching boards and mentoring leaders as we explore vitality in their industry. I have loved serving in roles as consultant, coach, mentor, and organizer. As a parent to four children, two of whom are diagnosed with ADHD and spectrum-based disorders, I have become a strong advocate for families and children who are exceptional. I continue to work toward my dream of creating my own organization to better serve, resource, and advocate for families like mine.

Having been a consultant in the nonprofit camp and retreat industry, I understand the importance of the work we do at Convergent Nonprofit Solutions. Working with likeminded people at Convergent is the next part of my journey of making a difference in the world. It is exciting to be involved with so many other nonprofits and knowing we can help them achieve their mission and further resource their place in their communities. I look forward to seeing all the good we can do together.
