Rosie has a rich and impressive resume of local and national nonprofit experience spanning more than 20 years. She spearheaded fund development and marketing efforts for several large nonprofits. Rosie has extensive experience in donor development, stewardship, moves management, and cultivation. Her comprehensive skills in donor relations ensure that funders experience the high-quality interactions that foster long-term engagement and investment.

Rosie served as the Director of Development and Strategic Partnerships for the Assistance Fund, Inc. for six years. She increased the annual appeal revenue by more than 120% over the previous year and helped secure more than $6 million in funding. She authored the organization’s strategic plan and Board documents. The Board member investment was 100%. During her nine year tenure at Girl Scouts of Citrus, Rosie held multiple fundraising roles from Development Manager to Chief Development Officer. Her development career also includes assisting with a $42 million capital campaign for the Orlando Science Center and increasing revenue by 31% for the Hope and Help Center of Central Florida.

A dedicated member of the nonprofit community, Rosie serves on several local and national committees and boards, including the American Cancer Society and the United Way.
