2014 was a busy year for the Convergent team. We began 20 new projects and our completed capital campaigns averaged 108% of goal!
We hope many of you had a chance to meet and catch up with some of our principals and/or project directors as we criss-crossed the country in 2014. Between client projects, speaking and exhibiting at conferences, and conducting training workshops, our team traveled from California to Florida to Maine, working and speaking in 30 states (plus Canada!) this year.
In honor of the holiday season, we sincerely thank all of the family, friends, clients and colleagues who have supported us and helped in our continued, successful growth in 2014. We couldn’t have done it without you!
With the New Year comes new clients, new projects, and new insights into the fundraising community. We’ll be starting 2015 off with a bang, beginning eight new engagements in January alone.
Several Convergent team members are also taking on new roles in the year ahead. Most notably, Dave Popen, who leads our Project Oversight division, is our newest principal. Learn more about Dave and what he brings to the Convergent team here.
Other exciting developments include Principal Andy Coe joining Southern Economic Development Council’s Board of Directors, Communications Director Samantha Hardwick chairing SEDC’s Communications Committee, and Principal Rick Kiernan joining NC Economic Developers Association’s Board of Directors.
