Zeb Weaver of Convergent Nonprofit Solutions has been leading RCED’s fundraising effort since the ‘quiet phase’ began in February. Convergent was hired by the county last year to conduct a study regarding how the county pursues economic development. The consulting company ultimately recommended the transition to a public-private partnership.”
