Client Success Manager

Prior to Convergent, Autumn held various positions supporting her local communities. Autumn brings experience in Government, Healthcare, and Health Tech, while working closely with Nonprofits and local Community-Based Organizations.

She assisted in establishing new initiatives aimed at supporting the vulnerable population in effort to reduce barriers to access Healthcare and Social Services. This includes the first North Dakota Community Health Worker program, West Fargo Fire Department Community Health Alliance, and Unite North Dakota Coordinated Care Network.

These experiences showed her that local Community-Based Organizations are a valuable community asset that warrants large-scale investments, as well as, taught her the importance of collaboration to improve the health and well-being of communities.

Throughout her career, Autumn has focused on community engagement and customer service. Her passion is providing quality service by building trusting and long-lasting relationships to ensure client success. She loves creating a positive change to show the potential of every community.

Autumn’s experiences and skills in coordinating services, client success, and cloud-based software make her an asset to the Convergent client services team.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Provides support in critical client-facing operational processes and oversight of service-related tech-stack
  • Serves as a liaison between various departments by providing best practice materials, communications, reporting, and data collection
  • Monitors project progress and elevates potential concerns
  • Creates and proofreads client facing material, reports, and other documents to ensure consistency in formatting and branding
  • Supports clients with onboarding processes and training on interview and campaign calendars
