Tasha’s professional journey encompasses roles such as Major Gift Officer at a regional theater, where she revamped the major gift program and led a successful emergency capital campaign, raising $1.5 million in just three months. As Director of Development at multiple healthcare organizations, she demonstrated her prowess in achieving significant corporate giving. As a consultant, Tasha orchestrated multi-million-dollar capital campaigns and provided invaluable leadership to major nonprofits. Her knack for crisis management, coupled with her ability to recruit and train top-tier volunteer talent, ensured the success of numerous fundraising initiatives.
