Kaziah S. Howard is a dynamic marketing, branding, and communications leader with over 15 years of experience across various industries. In addition to her Sales and Marketing career, Kaziah is a passionate swim coach. She is an ASCA Level 1 Certified Coach and a certified American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor, helping implement safety protocols and aquatics programs for various organizations, including YMCAs.

Previously, Kaziah served as Chief Strategist and CMO at Better Than You Left It, overseeing marketing and sales operations for multiple subsidiary brands. Her ability to drive strategic direction, coupled with her deep expertise in branding and public relations, has consistently led to significant business growth and improved brand presence. She also held leadership roles with The Valcourt Group, South Carolina 811, and the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, where she spearheaded marketing initiatives, branding efforts, and process improvements.

Kaziah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. A self-professed foodie and travel enthusiast, she enjoys exploring new cultures and cuisines, which fuels her creativity in both life and business.
