We look forward to joining hundreds of nonprofit professionals representing human-serving nonprofit organizations in St. Louis for this year’s Alliance Annual Conference. The conference theme, “Rise. For conscience, cause, and community,” promises to provide plenty of inspiration and guidance on “how to achieve genuine community impact.” This focus on community impact is especially important when it comes to strengthening your case for support with potential funders, so we love to see it being highlighted.
Since attending our first Alliance conference last year, the Convergent team has really grown to appreciate the great contacts and quality sessions Alliance events provide. In fact, team member Tamera Toogood was even inspired to write a few blog posts, including one on Transitioning to Success after attending last year’s Leadership Summit in Savannah.
Tamera looks forward to learning even more about the current challenges and opportunities facing the human-serving industry and sharing those insights with our past and current clients within the sector.
