IDignity Inc.

Founded in May 2008 by five downtown Orlando churches, IDignity emerged to assist Central Florida’s vulnerable populations in attaining essential personal identification. After six months of intensive research and interviews, the founding members expanded the process developed at Project Homeless Connect (PHC), an annual service fair where agencies collaborated to meet community needs.

Recognizing overwhelming year-round demand, IDignity launched bi-weekly service days in downtown Orlando to provide consistent, compassionate care to 70-100 clients each day. These services empower U.S. citizens and legal residents to secure vital identification documents including birth certificates from any U.S. state or territory, Florida IDs or license renewals, and Social Security cards or verification records.

IDignity furthers its vision for a more inclusive, productive, and secure society through comprehensive community service.
