The Capitol is a historic 501(c)3 nonprofit performing arts venue in the heart of downtown Burlington’s arts and cultural district. With two stunning venues inside one building, The Capitol is a place for people of all walks of life to enjoy the performing arts, discover something new, and share experiences that spark joy and connection. Through cultural and educational programming, we celebrate creativity, build community, and honor our 1930s heritage while bringing it to life in fresh and modern ways.
