The Denver/Lake Norman Rotary was formed in 1995 as a spin-off from the Rotary of Lincolnton.  It is affiliated with Rotary District 7670.

The Denver/Lake Norman Club helped build Rescue Squad Park across from Lincoln Charter School.  The park has ball fields, a large playground, a disc golf course, fitness stations, walking trails, a dog park and a picnic pavilion.  The pavilion is the site of Rotary's five free summer live Music in the Park events.

Rotary also sponsors Foster Kids Day at the Lake, a day of fun on the water for foster kids and their families in Lincoln and Catawba County.

The club participates in other meaningful projects in Lincoln County and throughout the world.  Members have worked closely with nonprofits like the Lincoln County Child Advocacy Center, Habitat for Humanity, Operation Warm, Samaritan's Purse and Junior Achievement for service projects.

Our members are dedicated people who share a passion for both community service and friendship. Becoming a Rotarian connects you with a diverse group of professionals who share your drive to give back.

Denver/Lake Norman Rotary welcomes persons of all backgrounds who are interested in joining.
